We hereby inform you that we comply with Japan’s Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and its relevant acts. We would like you to confirm the following concerning any products and technologies supplied by O.S. ENGINES MFG. CO., LTD. (hereafter called as the “Products”).

1. You will never use any of the Products for military purpose or for the purpose of development, designing, manufacturing or storage of mass-destruction weapons such as nuclear, biological or chemical weapons, missiles and conventional weapons.
2. You will never re-sell, re-transfer, or re-export the Products for any customers who use or may use the Products for the purpose stated above.
3. When you throw away the Products, you use any reasonable methods such as crushing completely, in order not to be re-exported, re-sold, or diverted illegally.
